Results CRM Outlook Integration

CRM for OutlookThe Results CRM Outlook Integration module is included in all versions of Results CRM and allow users to export any set of activities, contacts and/or associate records from Results CRM into Outlook.

Our standard product also allows for individual Outlook emails to be sent to Contacts or Users from within the Results CRM system.  When scheduling appointments in Results, individual activities can also be added to your Outlook calendar. 

What is Results QuickAdd?

Results QuickAdd is an optional add-on that allows users to take full advantage of the integration between Results CRM and Outlook.  In addition to what is already included from within the Outlook Integration Module, Results QuickAdd users will be able to quickly import highlighted emails, contact records, and appointments from Outlook into Results CRM via the Results QuickAdd icon installed within their Outlook tool bar.  Using this technology, emails that get copied into Results will have all of their attachments automatically preserved and can be linked to the appropriate contact record, sales opportunity and/or project.  These emails maintain their original formatting, once filed, can be quickly accessed by all users.

Results QuickAdd allows you to:
  • Import Emails, Contacts & Appointments from Outlook to Results CRM
  • Synchronize updated Contact & Appointment data anytime
  • Save important client Emails with formatting & all attachments intact
    under the associated Contact, Sales Opportunity or Project

What happens when Results fully integrates with Outlook?

The Outlook Integration Module and Results QuickAdd work together so that:

  • The Sales Team can access contact information on the go.   In addition, as they update records on the fly, they can later send the information into Results. 
  • Your company calendars will always be up to date.  With Results QuickAdd, employees will be able to quickly update their company calendar.
  • No more switching back and forth between applications!  Contact information, employee calendars and important emails will all be centralized into one database. 
  • Duplicate data entry is eliminated!   Update contact information or calendar entries in either Results or Outlook, without needing to manually enter the data in both systems! 
  • The Contact information of your customers, vendors and prospects is automatically updated.  Always have the most up-to-date changes of your contact's information in Outlook & Results.
