Our interactive training classes make sure you get the most out of your software. Classes are complimentary to clients involved in our Customer Care program.

You can attend these classes in-person or via Webinar (log in from anywhere) and get your questions answered by our software experts.

Getting Started With Results for the Web (OnDemand and OnPremises solution)

Overview of the Results business solution -- exploring the basic features and capabilities of Results available on the web.
Mondays 1:30 - 2:00pm
Basic Results Training

Class covers all the main modules and features in Results Business Suite & Results CRM. Students will receive the basic knowledge needed to effectively use the Results products.
Wednesdays 1:00 - 3:00pm
Advanced Results Training

Class builds on knowledge gained in the Basic Results Training class and covers more advanced features like creating Named Searches and how to administer the Results system.
Mondays 1:00 - 3:00pm
Partner Resources & How to Sell Results

This session is offered to current VAR/Consulting Partners.  Learn more about the Results product line, product installation, and the resources available to you to help you gain the best results!
Thursdays 4:00 - 5:00pm
Interactive Questions & Answers Session

This session is intended to provides a "how-to" session.  Bring your questions and we’ll help you do things easier and faster!
Fridays 3:00 - 4:00pm
