videos. The Online Learning Center is available to Customer Care clients.
QuickStart Group Deployment Sessions
The QuickStart Group Deployment Sessions
include the following training sessions:
- The SureStart Group Deployment Session (2 hours)
- The QuickBooks Integration (QBI) Group Deployment Session (1 hour)
These sessions are designed to help you understand, configure and start using
Results in the quickest time possible. The QuickStart Group
Deployment Sessions are included in the Results QuickStart Bundles and
are delivered in your choice of an online
multi-chapter training video, that you can access anytime, and/or an instructor-led remote session
that is held at the schedule below. After you attend the
QuickStart Group Deployment Sessions, you will be
ready to start using Results configured to your organization's specific
needs and preferences.

Comprehensive Results Training (CRT)
Attendees to this two-part program will benefit from an intensive session
designed to ensure your organization gets the maximum benefit from our
award-winning Results CRM system. CRT is recommended for
individuals within an organization who will be using and/or
administering the system. This class is designed to give Results
CRM users a comprehensive look at all facets of the application.
In addition, attendees will walk away with a complete understanding of
our integration with both QuickBooks and Crystal Reports.

Custom Training
Set your own training agenda when you schedule a
Custom Training
class. Have a Results expert visit your facility
to teach your staff or meet online in our virtual classroom.
