Installation Support Package

During this remote session, we will guide your IT Team through a successful installation of Results.

During this Group or company-specific (custom) remote session, we will help you understand, configure and customize Results and create the core lookup tables to meet your management needs of how Results CRM will be used in your organization. After this session, your users will be ready to start using Results that is configured to your organization's specific needs and preferences.

QuickBooks Integration (QBI) Setup & Configuration

We take the guess work out of your QuickBooks data integration and ensure your financial data is set up correctly, the first time. In the Group version of this remote session, we will show you and explain the various configuration options and decisions that you will have to engage to properly setup the QBI synchronization. In the company-specific (cutom) remote session, you can sit back and let us take control of your workstation, to set-up, configure & start your initial QuickBooks Synchronization. When the process is finished, your QuickBooks data will be set up and ready to use within Results.

QuickStart Group Deployment Sessions
The QuickStart Group Deployment Sessions include the following training sessions:

The SureStart Group Deployment Session (2 hours)
The QuickBooks Integration (QBI) Group Deployment Session (1 hour)

and are designed to help you understand, configure and start using Results in the quickest time possible. The QuickStart Group Deployment Sessions are included in the Results QuickStart Bundles and are delivered in your choice of an online multi-chapter training video, that you can access anytime, and/or an instructor-led remote session that is held as per the schedule here. After you attend the QuickStart Group Deployment Sessions, you will be ready to start using Results configured to your organization's specific needs and preferences.

Full-Day Consulting, Deployment, Training & Data Integration Services

Pick one or more full day remote or on-site consulting, deployment & training services (up to 8 hours per day):

Day 1: Design & configure the main lookup tables, business processes, user security & options

Day 2: Data Integration services include: Import data from QuickBooks, Outlook & Legacy systems;. Data conversion and duplication removal; Synchronize final data set with QuickBooks.

Day 3: Custom Basic, Advanced & Admin. training classes.The training will use your own business records, drop-downs, and processes so that users can get an accurate view of how to use the system.
