Comprehensive Results Training (CRT)

Attendees to this two-part program will benefit from an intensive session designed to ensure your organization gets the maximum benefit from our award-winning Results CRM system.

CRT is recommended for individuals within an organization who will be using and/or administering the system. This class is designed to give Results CRM users a comprehensive look at all facets of the application. In addition, attendees will walk away with a complete understanding of our integration with both QuickBooks and Crystal Reports.

Basic CRT (Part 1 of 2):

In-depth Basic Training (4 hours) Take an in-depth look at the features and capabilities of the Data Management Centers (DMC) technology used throughout Results. Learn how to effectively navigate Results and quickly access the data you need. Take a comprehensive look at each module including Contacts, Calendar & Activities, Sales Opportunities, Quotes, Sales Orders, Products, Service Orders, Projects, Invoices, Payments and Expenses. In addition, learn how to use the Outlook Integration as well as tips and tricks to leverage the full power of Results.

Advanced CRT (Part 2 of 2):

Expanded Advanced Training (2 hours) - Learn all about the advanced user functions and modules including Import records, find Duplicate Contact records, Combine Contact records, leverage Mass Updates and Mass Invoicing, set User Configuration Options, maintain Named Searches and create AdHoc Reports.
Administering Results (1.25 hours) - Learn how to install and update Results, setup and maintain User accounts, administer security and access levels, maintain Lookup Tables, set system-wide Configuration Options, manage and maintain INI Files, identify the best backup strategy, and more!
Results CRM QuickBooks Integration (0.5 hour) - Learn how to configure and maintain your QuickBooks Integration.
Crystal Reports Integration (0.25 hour) - Learn how to design and build custom reports.
