Results Licensing & Return Policy

Results® is a network-ready system and is licensed per user per database. That means that you would purchase a Results CRM or Business Suite license for each user of a Results database file that might exist on a single PC or on a Server.

If more than one user needs to access the database, you would simply purchase an additional license for them. We do not force you to purchase a minimum number of licenses -- you simply buy exactly the number of licenses that you actually need.

In addition, we do offer an option to purchase a Concurrent User License. Concurrent use means that regardless of the number of stations that exist on your network, you need only buy as many licenses as there will be users that are accessing the database files at the same time.

Please note that remote users (laptops or home PCs using VPN or remote control software to dial into Network where a licensed copy of the software is installed) are considered network users. On the other hand, if you need to install the software on a laptop or other standalone PC, and you access the database from the local drive(s), you would need to purchase an additional single-user license for each such installation. In other words, each user that needs to access a Results database file requires a Results CRM or Business Suite license.
