Results Software Releases Results CRM v12.3
Results Software is very pleased to announce the latest release of the award-winning Results CRM 2012!
Results CRM 2012 v12.3 includes the following features and enhancements:
- A new "Relations" tab on the Contact screen that allows users to identify the relationships between the selected Contact and other Results CRM contacts with the option to immediately view or edit any related Contact record
- A new "Relation Type" Lookup Table that allows users to customize the types of relationships (Partners, Friends, Supplier, Client, etc.) they would like to track
- A new "Sales Orders" tab on the Contact screen that allows users to see any associated Sales Orders for the current Contact
- New Integration with ShareFile from Citrix, for additional cloud-based document sharing/management options (Note: ShareFile integration is sold as an Add-on option and is included with the Results QuickStart Bundles)
- No longer needing to create and maintain individual INI files for each user - User configuration is now automatically saved in the User record, eliminating multistep installations and the maintenance of user-level INI files
- Option to Export to Excel any records in the new Line Items Detail DMC, providing access to every line item from every Invoice for flexible sales analysis and reporting
- Ability to view Sales Opportunities from within the Projects DMC, so that the search and maintenance of all QB Jobs can be done from a single Results DMC
- Sorting by more than one column in a DMC
- Numerous enhancements to the Contact Import module (for importing Text & Excel files)
- An updated User Manual (over 40 additional pages) and Results On-Line help
- SmartVault Integration module can now be used without QuickBooks
- Major enhancements to the QuickBooks Integration (QBI) module,
including:
- Opening the full Purchase Order screen directly from the Purchase Orders DMC
- A "Display All Sales for this Contact" option on the "Invoice History" screen that displays the sales history for the selected Contact, including pricing information
- Sorting by more than one column in a DMC
- Numerous enhancements to the Contact Import module (for importing Text & Excel files)
- An updated User Manual (over 40 additional pages) and Results On-Line help
- SmartVault Integration module can now be used without QuickBooks

Results Software Announces Results CRM Business Suite 2012
Results Software, developers of the award-winning ResultsŪ solution, today announced rollout of the 2012 Results CRM Business Suite product. Product rollout includes the Small Business and Enterprise Editions of the Results CRM Business Suite desktop & hosted versions, Results for the Web (R4W), and the Results Time Management Portal. Results CRM Constant Contact Integration is Here!
Results Software has unveiled the integration of its award-winning Results CRM solution with the popular Constant Contact email marketing solution. The new Results CRM Constant Contact Integration module offers many benefits, including the ability to manage and upload contact lists directly from Results, measure campaign effectiveness (including opens, bounces, opt-outs and more), and view each contact’s mailing history.

Results Software Announces SmartVault Integration
Results Software is very pleased to announce the availability of the long-awaited integration with SmartVault - an award-winning in-the-cloud document management solution!
Results SmartVault Integration module will be included at no additional charge in all versions of Results CRM and will be available for immediate free download to our Customer Care clients starting on May 2, 2011. This integration will provide Results CRM users with an innovative and effective in-the-cloud document management solution, in addition to the existing Results document management options.
