With over 25 years of experience in Information Technology consulting and software development, Sam is a recognized pioneer in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry as well as a thought leader in Business Information Management technologies.
Sam is a national speaker and published author on CRM and Business Information Management topics like: Business Growth Strategies, Effective Business Development & Sales Force Automation, Leveraging Virtual Offices, Streamlining Business Processes & Workflow and Gaining a Competitive Advantage.
Sam's role as a recognized innovator in providing solutions to small and mid-size businesses is an outgrowth of his management experience and business philosophies. Recognizing the consistent need of businesses to maximize the efficiency of limited resources,
Sam developed and launched
Results CRM in 1986. Leveraging the Results model, Sam helps
our clients streamline their operations, increase efficiency and improve customer relationships.
He enjoys meeting with prospects and clients and helping them focus on their need for automation and on building systems that meet their expectations and business needs. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
Mayya Saab
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Mayya Saab serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial
Officer (CFO) and oversees operations, hiring and administration. Mayya has over
eighteen years of experience in the information technology sector which includes
project management, business development, hiring, contract oversight and administration. Mayya has also been charged with the development of organization wide process improvement plans. Mayya has effectively managed multiple contracts but most notably, she grew a contract from fifteen office automation staff to sixty highly technical professionals. With her exceptional organizational skills, she assesses projects and tasks, recommends the appropriate project direction, and then successfully executes direction. Under her leadership, a
major contract doubled in size and revenue in just two years.
Mayya’s management philosophy is rooted in maintaining a cohesive team that is committed to preserving client satisfaction. She accomplishes this by instituting thorough project tracking mechanisms, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and building a cohesive team that delivers solutions. She is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in International Affairs.
Michael Honig
Senior Director of Business Development
Michael Honig brings a solutions-oriented approach to business development for Results Software clients. With over 25 years of experience in business IT services, software design and project management, Mike has the ability to assist clients in selecting and implementing the solution that will bring the best value to their organizations. Mike has expertise with traditional small and mid-sized businesses as well as large membership organizations. He helps customers translate complex problems into manageable solutions.
As Director of Business Development, Mike works directly with clients, assists in proposal preparation and helps to coordinate project design and management.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Maryland Business School and is active in community service and charitable organizations.
Jessica Solis
Manager of Client Services
Jessica Solis is the Manager of Client Services. Jessica’s primary role is customer satisfaction. She believes that working with informed clients is critical to achieving customer satisfaction and the way to informed clients is through training and documentation. Technical writing is another one of Jessica’s strong traits. She has produced multiple user guides for a highly complex system.
Jessica is also charged with general marketing efforts for the company. Jessica has conceptualized and prepared numerous marketing campaigns.
Jessica’s well-rounded business management experience ranges from sales, marketing, financial analysis, and administration. She has successfully managed a number of projects including developing and delivering software training programs, implementing marketing strategies, managing large contract deliveries, and performing cost and price analysis. Jessica has worked in a wide range of private industries as well as in the government sector. Her experience in all aspects of the product life cycle and her commitment to excellence equip her with knowledge, ability, desire to produce results and exceed client expectations.
Jessica is a Cum Laude graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing Management.
