Company Background

Since 1985, Results Software has provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Management Solutions as well as Specialized Application Development and Consulting Services to a diverse client base. Results has helped organizations of all sizes, from small businesses and non-profits, to associations, corporations, contractors and government agencies, streamline their operations, improve efficiencies and increase their performance.

Our clients include the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Harford County Public Schools (HCPS), City of Alexandria, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Freedom Alliance, National Parks Service (NPS), CleanOffice, Computer Troubleshooters, MKAssociates and SHARP.

Recognizing that the need to manage multiple details across business processes applies to small companies as much as it did to larger clients, Results Software released its comprehensive contact and business management software as a commercial application. Known as Results®, the company's flagship product integrates the key contact and business processes to control all the critical customer management details from initial contact to invoicing to final payment within one software application.

In addition to developing Results®, Results Software has delivered a wide variety of projects for its clients. We have designed and created many specialized applications, to meet various business needs and delivered analysis and consulting services in many areas of computer technology.

Naseem Saab is the president and founder of Results Software with more than 22 years of experience in the computer consulting and software development industries. Naseem leads the strategic direction of Results Software and is a recognized pioneer in the CRM industry and office technologies. Naseem is a frequent speaker on topics including business growth strategies, office automation, leveraging CRM to boost sales and streamlining business processes.

Naseem's role as a recognized innovator in providing solutions to small and mid-size businesses is an outgrowth of his management experience and business philosophies. Recognizing the consistent need of businesses to maximize the efficiency of limited resources, Naseem developed and launched Results in 1986. Leveraging the Results model, Naseem helps our clients streamline their operations, increase efficiency and improve customer relationships.

He enjoys meeting with prospects and clients and helping them focus on their need for automation and on building systems that meet their expectations and business needs. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

Kathy Benjamin is vice president of client services for Results Software with extensive experience in the information technology industry as a web and client-server application developer and database administrator. She also brings strong project management and organizational skills to the Results Software team. Kathy wears many hats in the organization and is responsible for managing the entire customer care cycle from technical analysis during the sales process stage; to software development, consulting and training during the implementation stage; to post implementation technical support.

Prior to joining Results Software, Kathy worked for the Navy personnel command developing and maintaining critical web applications and managing supporting tasks in the development life cycle. She has also worked as a software engineer and participated in project management activities for a freight payment company. Her past accomplishments included developing web and client-server applications in support of mission critical business requirements. In addition, she has worked as a consultant and database administrator for an accounting software development company. She is a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Management Information Systems.

George Rick has over forty years of business experience in the information technology industry that includes hardware and software sales, product development and manufacturing, business operations and data processing services. He has successfully managed large sales organizations, computer data centers and various military and defense related projects. His personal contributions have ranged from developing operating system code for IBM mainframe computers, selling computer performance software for The Boeing Company to operating and managing specialized manufacturing facilities serving the defense/intelligence community.

George’s business approach is based on a “customer first” philosophy that requires quality products, timely service, strong leadership, hard work, integrity and a strong commitment to excellence. He has successfully utilized a consultative approach to developing business solutions across various industries and personally established and operated his own international defense related business for twenty years.

George served in the U.S. Navy as a military officer during the Vietnam War and has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Richmond. He is an avid chess and card player who also enjoys hiking, backpacking and other outdoor activities.
